ALLIANCE SPECIAL PREMIERE SCREENING! | Sunday, April 16th — Monday, April 17th
After five years in the making, the full-length documentary, ALLIANCE, is coming to the big screen, and you are invited! The film tells the inspiring true story of Jewish immigrants fleeing persecution in Russia to create the Alliance Colony, the first successful farming colony in the United States.
Join filmmakers for a 2-day event lineup, beginning with the special premiere screening of ALLIANCE at 12:30pm on Sunday, April 16th. The film will be followed by a Q&A conversation with the filmmaker, Susan Donnelly, and other special guests. Post-screening reception is included.
In addition to the screening, that same evening there will be an Alliance Descendant “Family” Dinner, followed by an Alliance and Woodbine Bus Tour on Monday, April 17th. In addition, the Alliance Heritage Center Special Collections Exhibit will be open to viewing on the campus of Stockton University on April 16th, beginning at 3:30pm.
