Purpose: To support the production of an episode of the PBS documentary series “The Price of Freedom,” exploring the history of Black New Jerseyans.
Truehart Productions
Truehart Production’s next project is to produce a 30-minute episode to add to the Price of Silence series, a PBS documentary making the undertold history of slavery in NJ accessible to a broad public audience.
The organization previously received an NJCH Incubation Grant to fund production of a trailer to use as a promotional film and catalyst for raising the funding needed to complete the documentary.
