Purpose: To support the university’s hosting of the SOMOS NJ Poetry & Culture Festival.
The SOMOS NJ Poetry & Culture Festival is a day-long event for NJ high school students that includes Spanish, Portuguese, and Latinx poetry recitation competitions, as well as student-written monologue or poetry recitation in the target languages.
The festival also includes talks on culture and language, and opportunities to tour campus.
