Purpose: To support a project in which high school students interview military veterans using video cameras for submission to the LOC Veterans History Project.
The Millville Army Air Field Museum (MAAFM) has partnered with the Millville Public Schools (MPS) since 2001 to interview World War II and other veterans. High school students learn interview techniques and conduct veteran interviews with digital video cameras. The resulting edited videos are sent to the Library of Congress’s Veteran History Project.
