Do you love eating seasonally? Want to learn how to make the local fruit season last all year? Join Library staff to learn the basics! In this class, you’ll learn how to preserve fresh fruit as jams and jellies (and more). July is just the start of the produce season in New Jersey — we’ll get you started with recipes and demonstrate the equipment you’ll need for a successful season of canning!
Registration is required via the library website.
The Food for Thought project was made possible by a grant from the New Jersey Council for the Humanities, a state partner of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
