Learn about the variety of tools, instruments, and techniques used in evaluation and how to determine the right tool for the type of evaluation you intend to pursue. Consider what it means to document evidence of success and when and how evaluation can go off the rails.
This session is the second of a three-part In The Weeds series on evaluation.
What are evaluations designed to do and how can you effectively leverage evaluation to do your best work? This three-part series demystifies the evaluation process and makes it easy to get started. Participants will take a deep dive into program evaluation theories and methodologies while developing their own evaluation materials for a program of their choice. For the most robust experience, participants should plan to attend all three sessions.
All sessions will be led by Montrell Sanders, Ph.D. candidate in Public Affairs at Rutgers University-Camden, and Gigi Naglak, NJCH’s Director of Programs.
