Why is voting important to you?

Voting is important to me because it gives me some say in what is happening in a world, country, state, or even town that I live in and therefore affects me. Voting is also something that has also been fought hard for in order for me to have a chance to have a role in the democracy that we strive for.

What does it mean to be a good citizen?

DCP Response
Being a good citizen means being a decent person who is considerate to others, who uses their skills or talents to contribute to society. Being generally kind and having something productive that you can do consistently, so long as you aren’t breaking the law, are the basics of being a good citizen.
