Jocelyn has lived in Downe Township for nearly 20 years and is active with the Downe Green Team and the Cumberland County Historical Society. Currently employed in marketing, Jocelyn holds a Master’s degree in public relations and hopes to put her expertise to work as a Community Scribe.
