Jamie comes to the trainings with substantial experience in communications and a strong desire to learn more. She hopes to build her skills to begin recording the memories of seniors and notable community members in her community of Downe.

“People have lamented that Downe has issues with engaging folks and communicating events and opportunities put on by its various civic organizations — and that there’s a disconnect between older and younger populations. I feel like those issues can be tackled by better communication efforts.”
