Heather Fenyk, Ph.D., AICP/PP is Principal of Global Metrics, LLC, an urban planning research and consulting firm based in New Brunswick, New Jersey and founder and President of New Jersey’s newest watershed association, the Lower Raritan Watershed Partnership. Heather also conducts research in watershed and coastal management and climate resiliency and lectures at area universities and colleges. She is a PADI Divemaster, filmmaker, mead-maker, and Mom.
