Dr. Campbell is deeply committed to student success and ensuring diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging remain at the forefront of the community college promise. She works to collaborate with internal and external partners to support teaching and learning, secure resources in support of campus innovation, and meet the growing workforce and economic needs of Middlesex County and the State of New Jersey. Michelle currently serves as Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Middlesex College where she leads a comprehensive Institutional Advancement Division.
