Why is voting important to you?
| As a Black woman whose ancestors did not have the right to voite, being able to exercise the right to vote is extremely important. Voting allows me to amplify voices that are often marginalized in national discourse. Voting is a powerful act of self-determination and it helps to shape the present and the future landscapes for generations to come. |
