Rutgers Community Arts will seek the guidance of GROUNDWORK to inspire more thoughtful and energized programming designed to better serve and engage the New Brunswick community. GROUNDWORK will pair up three interdisciplinary Rutgers faculty pairs and facilitate them through the incubation of community-focused, interactive workshops. Upon completion, these faculty teams will present their workshops to Rutgers Community Arts as potential programming for the New Brunswick community.
