Hudson Turkish American Cultural Association’s project aims to engage individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and foster social cohesion through the shared experience of food. The project will bring together community members to explore and celebrate the significance of food heritage. Events hosted by the Association will include presentations where community members can share the stories and traditions behind their cuisine, followed by live cooking demonstrations or food tastings. Their stories will be preserved in both a recipe and storybook and a video production.
