Atlantic City Free Public Library will collect resources pertaining to the history of the Asian community in Atlantic City from the city’s inception (1854) to present day. These resources include oral histories, newspapers, photographs, and documents. Members of the Asian community in Atlantic City will be involved in the project in an advisory capacity and will serve as translators and outreach advocates. The project will ultimately live in the Atlantic City Heritage Collections Archive.
