As part of the Montclair Public Library’s project for NJCH's Community History Program, this workshop invites participants to tell their own families’ stories, focusing on the emotional and practical realities of settling in Montclair over the last several decades.
Join us for a virtual information session about our Community History Program, in which participants receive instruction on public history practices and community-engagement methods and develop projects in close collaboration with their community members.
The application deadline for groups interested in participating in a 2026 cohort of NJCH's Community History program has been extended to December 23, 2025.
The Willingboro Public Library will host a concluding lecture to mark the finale of the exhibit on the township’s storied Futuro House on January 31, 2026. Join "Space Age" design expert Eric Wolff of Chromium, LLC to learn about the history of and materials used in the iconic "UFO-style" house.
The New Jersey Book Club welcomes James F. Broderick, author of "Paging New Jersey: A Literary Guide to the Garden State" who will discuss the Garden State's numerous contributions to American literature.
