SUMMARY:Community History 2027 Information Session
DESCRIPTION:Join NJCH’s Director of Programs to learn about the 2027 Community History program (application deadline: December 3\, 2026). \nIn NJCH’s nationally recognized Community History program\, participants from grassroots organizations receive instruction on public history practices and community-engagement methods and develop projects in close collaboration with their community members.  \nNJCH provides $1\,000 in funding up front to support participation in the program. Participating organizations are eligible to apply for additional funding up to $5\,000 to support the project they develop over the course of the program. \nWe strongly recommend reviewing program information and application guidelines on NJCH’s website before attending this information session.
