DESCRIPTION:Come hear special guests share their stories of the Highland Park Fire Department at this Community History Open Mic event presented by the Highland Park Historical Commission. \nFeatured speakers include Karl Marcik\, HP Retired Firefighter\, and Chief Norman Shamy of the Highland Park Fire Department\, who will share their experiences and insights. \nWe invite you to share your story! Did you witness a fire or have a memory of our firefighters or emergency responders? Prefer not to speak? You can write your story instead. HPHC is preserving these stories for future generations. \nHave photos?
