DESCRIPTION:NJCH is proud to support Piscataway Public Library’s “Food for Thought\,” a series of events exploring the cultural and historical significance of food in our lives. This online event will focus on exploring new dishes including Vietnamese spring rolls. \n— \nLet the season inspire you to make new dishes perfect for snacks\, lunch\, or dinner. We will learn to incorporate plenty of produce into noodles\, Vietnamese-inspired spring rolls\, and more recipes that are fun to make and enjoy. \nThe Food for Thought project was made possible by a grant from the New Jersey Council for the Humanities\, a state partner of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
