Panel Discussion & Public Viewing of Veteran Interview Project

The Millville Army Air Field Museum (MAAFM), a past NJCH grantee, is celebrating the culmination of its Veteran Interview Project, which was made possible through an NJCH grant. Join museum staff, project scholars, veterans, and local students for an inspiring afternoon exploring newly recorded World War II oral histories, now archived in the National Library of Congress.
The program features a panel discussion with project historian Dr. William Carrigan of Rowan University, student interviewers, and participating veterans, including special guest Tim Kiniry, a 104-year-old WWII medic who served in the Battle of the Bulge and at the liberation of the Buchenwald concentration camp.
The Veteran Interview Project is a partnership between the Millville Army Air Field Museum and Millville Public Schools.
