This class will wrap it all up: learn how to make your own condiments and how to dehydrate fruit for snacks or fancy drinks. July is just the start of the produce season in New Jersey — we’ll get you started with recipes and demonstrate the equipment you’ll need for a successful season of canning! Join Library staff to learn the basics!
Registration is required for this event via the library website.
